Repair
We believe that our customers should always be given the option of restoring any piece of equipment to full functionality using traceable and established repair methods that are aligned with FAA and/or EASA regulations.
Once this option is presented, our customers can make a fully informed decision about how to proceed before merely declaring the item Beyond Economic Repair.
Overhaul
While most service providers would recommend merely upgrading or replacing an item that has failed minor repairs, we understand that this may not always be the most cost-effective or beneficial solution for our customers.
For this reason, our team frequently goes through substantial effort to examine the possibility of overhauling the item by replacing key components so as to provide our customers with a fully refurbished item at a fraction of the cost of a new one.
This unique service differentiates us from our competitors. It allows us to reduce our customers' costs despite the additional commitment required from our team.
Exchange
In spite of the relative ease of supplying a new replacement, should an item fail repair and overhaul, we also offer our customers the option of exchanging it for a new one.
While an exchange is often more difficult to coordinate than mere supply, the reduction in cost to our customers is substantial. For this reason, we will always go the extra mile, using our strong relationships with OEMs to benefit our customers to the maximum possible level.
Upgrade
In the two-plus decades that we have been in operation, we have developed both intuitive knowledge and an extensive database.
This has allowed our team to adequately advise our customers when a specific piece of equipment should be upgraded rather than maintained. The level of trust we have instilled in our customer base over time has resulted in unquestioned faith in our team's unbiased advice.

In the event that a customer is looking for a new piece of equipment - no matter the size, cost, quantity, or obscurity, our team will always accept and quote for every request we receive.
In addition, we firmly believe in always giving our customers flexibility. For this reason, we will always provide multiple options that the customer can then choose from based on their restrictions regarding time, cost, or any other factors to consider.
